• Improved search capability – search for candidates for your roles by current or previously held job titles, by city, hard skills, and other benchmarks of the employment market.
• Improved email outreach – Send outreach emails to the most qualified candidates faster! Also, create outreach sequences and A/B test different subject lines to your heart’s content.
• Our (new!) candidate tracker dashboard lets you review each candidate’s background in one integrated view quickly, as well as approve or deny candidates to narrow down your search faster.

• An Extensive Candidate Database – Run searches for both active and passive candidates in our database of over 170 million candidates.
• Nuanced Candidate Searches – Search for candidates who currently hold the job title you’re recruiting for or who have held it in the past. Look for candidates in particular cities or those who are looking for remote roles. Include particular hard skills, such as coding languages or industry software, as part of the searches you run. 

Improved Outreach: Send targeted email campaigns to qualified candidates easily.

• Intuitive Interface – Our email user interface is similar to that of Outlook or Gmail, so you’ll be a pro at sending outreach to candidates in no time.
• Email Sequencing – Take your candidate outreach a step further and ensure the maximum amount of touchpoints to top talent.
• AB Test Functionality – Assure the highest amount of opens on your outreach emails by testing out your favorite subject lines from right in our outreach tool. The best subject line to trigger the most opens on your emails wins! 

Candidate Tracker: (New!) Effortlessly manage a pipeline of interested candidates.

• Curated Candidate Dashboard – Once our outreach tool has identified great candidates who are interested in your job, your growing pipeline can be reviewed in the candidate tracker dashboard. 
• Candidate Review Mode – Assess individual candidates and dig deeper into their background and skills with candidate review mode within the candidate dashboard. Look through their LinkedIn profile and other social media using the links next to their names. Also, access any attached candidate documents, such as their resume or any other application materials we’ve collected.
• Streamline Your Pipeline – Once you have fully reviewed a candidate’s background, you can add in your own notes and decide whether or not to keep them in the interview process by clicking the “Approve” or “Deny” buttons on the top right of the screen.

From the candidate tracker, your normal interview process will kick in – but this time, with a full pipeline of incredibly qualified talent.
