DoorDash, an online food ordering and delivery platform, is looking for an Associate Recruiting Specialist to help scale the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of candidate pipeline activities, from sourcing to application management to interview events. You will focus on initiatives to increase candidate interest while also assisting throughout the hiring process with a high level of candidate focus. The range of responsibilities for this role is wide. A few include candidate pipeline management, sourcing and grassroots activities, scheduling interview events, reporting assistance and analysis, application reviews and interview screens. You will collaborate with a number of cross-functional partners while becoming an expert in Recruiting for your assigned region.
You will report to the West Coast Recruiting Manager who oversees hiring for pacific standard time and mountain time zone operations roles. This role has the option of being remote or based out of the San Francisco headquarters office or other regional offices.
