Pinterest, an image sharing and social media service, is looking for a Sales Sourcer to join the Business Recruiting team and use tools, data, and creativity to create targeted recruiting strategies and build a strong network of experienced professionals across business, sales, and creative functions. This is a 12-month contract.

- Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to understand hiring needs
- Identify, engage, and manage candidates that are an excellent fit for Pinterest
- Use data and tools to continuously improve overall effectiveness
- Strategically plan and execute pipeline for hard to fill roles
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry
