Job Market Overview
The May 2022 Recruiter Index results show that recruiter sentiment held steady as candidate sentiment took a slight dip. Recruiters are working on an average of 22 roles each, with the top salary range being $100-$150K.
The candidate sentiment score, how open candidates are to new jobs, was 3.3 / 5. Majority of recruiters reported a decrease in applicant values for the month, while 40 percent reported applicant volume remaining the same.
